The Brief

10 Motives were launching a new Electronic Cigarette within Tesco stores nationwide. Being a relatively small company they required a national field team to support and drive the product launch forward.

How we executed the campaign

Experienced Brand Ambassadors were instructed to carry out regular fortnightly visits to launch and raise brand awareness of the new 10 Motives Electronic Cigarettes. Building great working relationships with store staff, training key elements on product features and benefits enabled Tesco staff to confidently sell 10 Motives range. During the visits the BA’s were to ensure 10 Motives electronic cigarettes were displayed correctly, in prime position, site POS material, check stock levels, increase orders and report feedback using a survey uploaded to their mobile devices.
