Following the launch of the Independents i newspaper the merchandising services of Contact Field Marketing were engaged to site 1,320 plinths in Co-op stores nationwide to support TV advertising. The plinths were to be placed onto the newspaper shelf in store in order to increase brand awareness of the i newspaper and to act as a space saver when not on sale or out of stock.
