Bayer identified a problem with one of their products, glyphosate weed killer having faulty triggers which were being returned on mass to Homebase Stores nationwide. The field team were to merchandise the stand, record out of stocks, replace damaged header boards as well as replacing the faulty triggers quickly and efficiently.
How we executed the campaign
Experienced merchandisers were quickly selected and fully briefed. Product range was merchandised to planogram, faulty triggers identified, replaced and disposed of, before and after photos taken and feedback and comments recorded.
98% coverage due to flexibility with days, damaged header boards replaced, stock levels and number of faulty triggers recorded. Number of returns significantly reduced, feedback and photos were provided on a daily basis enabling client to address any other issues immediately.
