The Brief

Flavia is part of the Mars Group.

When Mars Drinks launched a new drinks station called Flavia Fusion they selected Contact to manage the In Store Demonstrations.

Mars Drinks required experienced demonstrating staff for 738 days in 159 stores nationwide to demonstrate, raise brand awareness and sell Flavia Fusion.

How we Executed the Campaign

It was imperative that the staff had detailed product knowledge. As a result we worked closely with the client to create and deliver a formal training session. The training was held at various venues nationally.

After the training sessions uniforms, paperwork and demonstration equipment were given to the demonstrators ahead of the campaign. This enabled the Demonstrators to familiarise themselves with the features and benefits enabling them to feel confident and knowledgeable about the Flavia Fusion System when demonstrating in store.

The Results

The camapign was a great success, raising brand awareness and some stores reported a significant increase in sales of up to 900%.

The team carried out over 27,000 demonstrations. Feedback from customers was excellent, with many stores selling out.
