Tesco is one of the best known supermarkets in the UK. They selected Contact to conduct an Audit of their fixtures and displays in the frozen food section of Tesco stores nationally.
The audit was the initial phase of a point-of-sale campaign to establish what type of fixtures were sited in store and the requirement for specific point-of-sale.

How we executed the campaign
Contact’s client service team put together a detailed plan from the extensive call file. Once territories were established, we utilised an experienced team of auditing staff to call upon all the stores
The auditing campaign was implemented within a tight schedule during May 2007. Following the results of the audit, teams were then sent into the stores overnight to perform the 8 hours transition of POS, removing the dated signage.
All calls were covered and completed within the scheduled time frame and within budget. Tesco were able to check the campaign progress daily; viewing photographs via a dedicated web-portal.
Tesco have a complete report of fixtures in the frozen food section and the point of sale requirements. All Tesco stores now have new point of sale within the frozen food section.
