Tesco selected Contact Field Marketing to manage the implementation of their new Point of Sale within the frozen food section of Tesco Extra Stores throughout the UK.
The teams were required to remove all of the old POS and replace it with the new range during the night to prevent disruption in store during key trading hours.

How we executed the campaign
Contact head office staff attended a specialist test site and conducted a test removal and placement of the Point of Sale. We were then able to accurately assess the campaign requirements.
The Point of Sale was sited by specialist teams working for 8 hours per store throughout the night.
The teams recorded the placement using the client web portal taking a variety of photographs to ensure compliance.
New Point of Sale was sited in all stores and work was completed within the scheduled time frame. Tesco were able to check progress daily; viewing photographs on the web-portal in real time.
